Windows Vista July CTP and Strongly Signed Assemblies

I had an issue after installing the Windows Vista July CTP that I could not figure out regarding strongly signed .NET 2.0 assemblies. Everytime I tried to compile a project that had a strong-name-key associated with it, I kept getting the error "Cryptographic Failure: Access Denied." Well, it turns out once I turned off User Access Control (UAC) in Windows Vista, it worked fine. It seems that you have to have local administrator rights to strongly sign an assembly. Shaun
